Advance reservation is necessary for confirmation of booking for inpatient treatments. Normally the duration of treatment program for each ailment can be decided only after direct consultation and depends upon the response
towards the treatments and medication. 11 or 14 or 21 or 28 days are generally recommended for an Ayurvedic treatment program. Patients can either visit our centre for direct consultation or contact us through email in
order to fix the duration in the light of available details.
There will be Doctor's consultation at the time of admission. The treatment plan including treatments/therapies, medicines, diet etc. will be finalized
by our doctors only after direct consultation. Patients need to carry their medical investigation reports & details of present medication (if any) during their visit for inpatient treatments.
Normally there
will be one or two sessions of ayurvedic treatments, oral medication, Pathya-diet('Pathya diet' means easily digestible vegetarian or organic diet which will be prescribed by our doctors for getting maximum benefits out
of ayurveda treatments) etc. during treatment period.

Dhara is a main or supplementary treatment procedure of pouring medicated oil, buttermilk and decaution on forehead or all over the body or on a specific part of the body according to the necessity and nature of the ailment for 45 minutes. Along with this body massage is also done mainly to keep the body warm.
Nasyam is one among the panchakarma treatments in which the medicated oil is administered through the nose. This is found to be effective agaist disorders of head,neck and nervous system.
Sirodhara is a treatment procedure of pouring medicated oil, buttermilk and decaution on forehead according to the necessity and nature of the ailment for 45 minutes. Along with this body massage is also done mainly to keep the body warm.
A combination of decaution, honey, oil and other herbal medicine are applied through the anus. Vasti will be done using a special device called Vasthi yanthram. After evacuation for 2 to 3 times the patient can take bath. Thereafter the diet as pescribed by the physican will be given.
After proper administration of rejuvenation treatments the patient will be given Rasayana(medicines) in the manner and for the period as prescribed by the Physician.The medicines (rasayana) will be decided by the physician according to the condition of the patient's health.
Udwarthanam is special therapeutic deep tissue massage using Choornas( medicated powders). Sometimes medicated oils will be mixed with Choornas for application.
Cotton cloths immersed in lukewarm Medicated oil will be squezed over the body for 30 to 45 minutes or as prescribed by the physician.
Medicated Ghee as prescribed by the physician will be given under strict diet restrictions. The quantity is increased according to the digestive power of the patient. This will continue for few days as reccomended by the physician.
'Kalari foot-massage or Kalari chavittiuzhichil' (whole body massage using foot after applying medicated oil) which was specially designed for the martial art practitioners from the olden times. For certain types of back ache, sports injuries etc. this particular therapy is found to be very effective.
Medicated steam bath done after applying medicated oil all over the body. Normally this will be done after doing the major treatments like dhara,abhyangam etc. This is one of the detoxification treatments.
Vamana is a treatment procedure of vomiting as a result of giving special medicines for intake. This is done for the purpose of eliminating toxins. It is one among the Panchakarma treatments.
Thakradhara is a treatment procedure of pouring medicated buttermilk on forehead according to the necessity and nature of the ailment for 45 minutes. Along with this body massage is also done mainly to keep the body warm.
This is a treatment procedure in which the medicated fumes are applied to the ears for few minutes as directed by the physician. This is applied against the ailments relating to ears.
Gangoosham is a treatment procedure which involves gargling of warm medicinal decoction or liquid.
A leather cap will be fixed on the head of the patient. Lukewarm medicated oil is poured into the leather cap and keep it as a dam for a period of 30 to 60 minutes or as prescribed by the physician.
